Joyce manages a multi-state client-centered practice. She designs, develops, and helps her clients manage and protect their investments based on their hopes, dreams, and goals. After ten years in the banking industry, Joyce transitioned into what she calls “the world of high finance,” and in 1985 joined a major Wall Street firm to launch her career as a respected investment advisor. She opened her own independent financial services firm in 2003 where she works today as the President of: Blonskij Financial Services, Inc., headquartered in Fair Oaks, California. Joyce is a native of Sacramento, California. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) with a degree in Sociology. She is an alumnus of the Delta Eta chapter of: Delta Gamma. She is a distinguished past president of the Kiwanis Club of Placerville, and an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Citrus Heights. President of Carmichael LeTip, and after a lifestyle change with a dramatic weight loss story, was invited to pay it forward as an independent certified health coach and business leader with Take Shape for Life® She and the love of her life, John Blonskij, raised a daughter, and currently have several four legged children: two Springer Spaniels, and two cats. They enjoy pheasant hunting in the fall, boating on Folsom Lake in the summer, fishing in Cabo, and getting together with family and friends.
